We expect you to be very nit-picky while interviewing and selecting your own Inside Sales Champion from the OBI Sales Cloud
Once you've selected your champion, you will have a Free 7 Day window to start introducing her/him to your product or service and your target customers.
We will also introduce you to The OBI Sales Playbook that our Inside Sales Champions have been trained to follow for maximizing output.
You're free to customize our internal sales process to meet your business needs and your champion or champions will follow the playbook that you would want them to follow.
Your Champion would be capable of pipeline generation, follow-ups & closing through a multitude of channels - Phone, Email & Social Media.
ENGAGEMENT
MODEL
50% will be paid as a fixed monthly retainer and 50% would be paid out monthly in the form of a performance variable on attaining the mutually agreed goals. You're not expected to pay any retainers on months, your champion does not deliver.

You're free to terminate the agreement at any point in time or demand a replacement of your champion. We, here at OBI, would be happy to oblige.
